Cortex Technology subsidiary Spellsystems provided turnkey technology development, including primary issuance, custody, blockchain trading technology, an online trading platform, secondary market development with Nasdaq UMS integration, and a public website. Cortex UK maintains the entire global IT infrastructure for TM2 and acts as a technology partner supporting all the divisions and third-party tech providers' interaction.
